Zacchaeus climbed Sycamore Tree for the Lord he wanted to see.
Luke 19: 1-10
King James Version
19 And Jesus entered and passed through Jericho.
2 And, behold, there was a man named Zacchaeus, which was the chief among the publicans, and he was rich.
3 And he sought to see Jesus who he was; and could not for the press, because he was little of stature.
4 And he ran before, and climbed up into a sycomore tree to see him: for he was to pass that way.
5 And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up, and saw him, and said unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house.
6 And he made haste, and came down, and received him joyfully.
7 And when they saw it, they all murmured, saying, That he was gone to be guest with a man that is a sinner.
8 And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord: Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold.
9 And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham.
10 For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.

This is Astrid's tree--a Tulip Poplar
Sigrid's tree is a red Maple.  I did not doctor this photo.  This is how her tree looks.
Ingrid's tree is a Bradford Pear.

Laura's flowers and the bird house her father built for her.

 Maple tree in my yard.
The tree on the right is my Red Maple...and below again.  I don't know what kind of tree is next to my Maple.  It is pretty.  Ethel planted it.  I just don't know what it is.

Red leaves on the Black Gum.  Top is a cluster and bottom is a huge single tree.  It is prettier than the photo.
 Hawk--another thing I really despise.

New Coat

I got Erin a new winter coat for her birthday. I remember Momma wanting to get Fleta a warm coat one winter.  She ordered it from Pennys and back then it cost quite a lot. It was a full length coat.  Erin's is what you call a pea coat.  She said she likes it and I am glad.   She told me she wanted a coat for her birthday and then she said no they all cost too much.

Fleta do you still have to coat Momma bought you?

Little Client

Sigrid and Ingrid were invited to a halloween party above and below is Alivia...Laura's little patient.  She sees her 30 minutes 2 times a week after work.  Laura is in love with this little angel.  The seat was Laura's idea to the Momma and look how well Alivia sit in in.  Laura says she loves books and loves seeing herself in the mirror.

Bitter Pill

Bitter weed pasture -- our neighbors.  The weeds look over the fence longily ready to move in on us.  Horses will bring bitter weeds as the pull up grass by it's roots and soon the pasture is full of weeds.  I don't like deer and really don't like horses.  Folks want them and then just leave them lonely in the pasture to kill all the grass.
Disease can move in at anytime of weekness.  I think this tree may have black measles.
I have a Pecan tree.  I don't know how to harvest the pecans.  The deer seem to always get to them first....I hate deer.
This is not one Black Gum but a cluster of them in our pasture.
If Helen were here, she would pick up my walnuts and crack the hulls with a hammer.  Sigrid came Thursday evening while the others went to a football game.  She played with the pups and then all was quiet.  She was hulling walnuts with her bare hands.  Stains all over.  The next day the school called telling Laura to come and get he--red rash all over.  I don't know if they mentioned the brown hands or not.  She may have experienced a walnut reaction!

This barbed wire has been eaten by a tree branch.
 Some live and some die--why?
Here is a weed in the field and below a loaded persimmon tree.
Oak tree roots gone a muck.
