That pink in the fence row is a Wild Cherry.
And this is a double daffodil—or a jonquil with frills. By Sunday it will be cooler. I have moved plants to my back porch. I’ll cover them the few days rather than haul them back inside. Most of the plants Helen gave me and I hated to let them “ die too”, but this fall maybe I’ll be strong enough to let them go.
Red buds and daffodils…. Sigh… It reminds me so much of our time in Chicagoland.

ReplyDeleteThere's something about blooming flowers that is so therapeutic. I don't have daffs but I do have lots of tulips. Or will in a couple weeks. Fingers crossed!
