Patsy helped pick prom dress

Ingrid went to Springdale to debate and afterwards she and Laura went to a shop to look for a prom dress for Ingie.   She is going to the prom with Langston Parker.  Well, the lady above was there getting a dress for her granddaughter.  Patsy (??not really of course) told which dress she liked.  The way the older lady is dressed is not like Patsy but if you look at her face she really looks like Old Sister.

Which dress did Ingie pick.  Well, look in comments and you can see.  It is the one Patsy said looked the best on her.  Oh course they all looked good!
