Beep Beep

 

I went to Tractor Supply today looking for a bird feeder and this bird was in the parking lot.  I was able to get close to take a picture.  Some had dropped a pop corn kernel and he grabbed it for a snack.

    What kind of bird is that? I have never seen one like that.
