ok, It is a Pyracantha (Fire Thorn) bush that gone wild, I see them here but I never have seen one with that many berries on it. the bird will feast on that all winter.
missy has an old messy tree that hangs over her back fence at the new house....I do not know what it is either...I will have to take a picture of it...

it's looks like red bud tree but why it's blooming this time of year i don't know.
