Realizing The Worst of Ourselves

When we have bad habits, they glare back at us in our children. Our good points are seen there also. We curse and wonder why the 3 year old says bad words. We lie and wonder why our children do. But we READ and see our kids do that. They see what we do not what we say. Did you know that listen and silent use the same letters? Astrid stayed all night. When she got sleepy she read her book. It is one of a series that she is reading. My girls are better mother's than I am. Why did God bless me so? I do not know but just say a silent thank you, Lord very often.
