Erin went back to work today. Clayton goes to school tomorrow. Greta is almost back to her old self. Erin said everyone was glad to see her. One of her clients came out to meet her with the biggest smile. MLK day has been drizzly and foggy here.

Yes, Betty, I have tried every bread recipe there is except the ones where you make your own yeast and the ones that are steamed, BECAUSE, I rarely ever use a recipe when making bread. So, surely, sometime in my 40 years or so of cooking, I have tried all the possible combinations. Some work better than others, but when I get through I am never sure what I used. Be warned, duplicating output is difficult when input is an unknown...
