Wish I had your email addy, I'd have answered your questions that way. I was already trying to lose weight and the prep for colonoscopy made me lose another 2 lbs which I've kept off. It isn't bad at all. The worst part is drinking all that stuff the day before. I'm 5'7", so I can carry quite a bit of weight, but I agree that I am overweight. I'd love to weigh 145 again; I felt downright skinny at that weight.
These are the shoes Astrid picked for her birthday. They look like spring!

cute shoes...a kid in college designed the Nikki swosh logo back in the70's and was paid 75 bucks for it ..h
I like the shoes. Much better than her Grandmother's purple shoes.
