Deer Deterrent

The deer have already raided my garden and ate the tops off my improved pinto beans.  They will not cross that black stuff I put under my tomatoes.  I had some of these cattle panels and laid them down in strategic places as I do not think they will cross this wire.  Lots of stuff spoke deer but they are very persistent.
