I finished a granny square baby blanket. A FB friend wanted one. I told her I would not mail it. She’s coming to my town in May for a high school graduation. If I still have it, she can pick it up.
I saw several little Yellow finches this morning. They are bright and cheery. I had some kind of hawk catch another bird yesterday. Eric said it is not a red-tail hawk but a different variety. Not much I can do to deter them. I covered the suet feeders. The hawk grabbed this one from a tree limb.
I mowed around the patch of wood sorrel. It’s even bigger. The flowers are tiny but mighty.
Yesterday, the horses were enjoying the sunshine and green grass. Peace be still.
No noise of crowds, no bitter race, Just calm reflections in nature's face.
