Below you can see my little hen has adopted
the new chicks and is taking care of them. She
had been setting. On down is a photo of some
of my old chicks. Some of the old BBs are 10
years old. Patsy, you wanted to see in my pen.
You can see that there are cedar posts all
around the bottom and the wire is tied to the
posts. In the chicken house you can see my
roost and the hanging feeder. I am afraid my
little Rhode Island Red could be a rooster?

is that all of your chicks? you don't have a bantie in the bunch except mine, if you got a rooster you can come back before winter and i will give you a hen.rhode island red i mean. you also can take these 4 you left. you guy hurried me and i didn't catch all of the pullets.
I will not return until you don't have to get into that small pen or will let me. I don't really care if the Rhode is a red. I will keep him. Those all all banties. The yellow ones are half bb and half buff. the rooster is too.
I'm wondering what you plan to do with these chickens and roosters? Will the little girls get so attached that they become pets?
Looks like the chickens have a nice home.
How far do Patsy and Betty live from each other?
Patsy and I live only 120 miles apart but it is up highway 7 through the Ozark National Forest adn it takes 3 hours one way because of the winding roads. That is way I had a thermos of coffee. It is a treacherous road full of slow moving tourist in motor homes pulling their cars behind.
I think Larry needs to build Patty a nice hen house like his....
Patsy and Betty live worlds apart.
A nice little drive. I had thought ya'll lived closer.
Fleta lives worlds from anyone.
Betty is a flatlander. Patsy is a highlander.
And Fleta lives on Crow Beach!
SS3 your place sure is mighty perty these days!! Yall must be hogging up all the good rain water. Everything looks soooo green! Are you out of school now?
