Coach C

Our son-in-law is helping coach wrestling.  He is being acknowledged here.
Our new pond is almost full.  We are wondering if the muddiness will ever disappear?  Larry put gravel on the road to it so we can travel there without getting stuck in rainy weather.

Read a new book this week.  Blueprint is about dna and who we are.  It was good but hard for a dummy to get.  I got this--more of whether we are fat or skinny is genetics not nurture.  The number was 70 per cent.  As we age, dna makes more and more difference in who we are not less.  Yes, we become more and more like our parents.  Fifty percent genes are shared by siblings of the same parents.  They grow up in about the same environment.  Genetics make the difference...fifty percent different genes.  Breast cancer is not affected that much by genetics. Schizophrenia is highly predicted by dna.  It can be triggered by marijuana use.  It said it was because of the high level of thc? in today's marijuana  Not sure of those initials.  So if one carries that propensity, don't use drugs.  Better yet...don't use drugs.  It was a very good book, but since I am not really smart a lot of it was over my head.
