Winnie's Cindy has this on one of her bulletin boards. It is good advice especially the think part. Kids post stuff from their phones and sometimes they don't think about what they are doing. Well, sometimes I don't think before I act also. My mouth opens before my brain gets in gear. Lord, help me do better.

Not much we do is necessary. Breathing is necessary. Most eating is not! I do a lot of stuff that is not necessary.
