Astrid finally got her track ribbons from Conference. She got 1st in the mile run for all 7 to 9th grade girls in her Conference. Jr. High does not have state. She also won 4th in the half mile---now that was after she had competed in the mile!

Here is my award for my tomato juice.
First, core the tomatoes and then heat them until they are boiling or until the skins are slipping. Add NO water.
Use a colander and keep using the wood mallet until all the juice is extracted.
Finished product and it does not take very long. Be sure to give the seedy skins to the chickens as they love it.
