I had to go in the State Park main building to use the bathroom. I saw these and took a picture as I love both. My knees hurt so badly today. I only made it a mile and half. I hate being like this.
Oh yes, the knees. You can't believe how happy I was to find out that if I walked slowly and gently, I could go for my walks again. I went at least a year without my walks in the woods, and that was horrible. I imagine the time will come again when I won't be able to get out there, but I am thankful for every day I'm able to do it.

I have a time walking anymore. Being 85, nearly 86 isn't easy..especially when I have always been so active.
