My three Christensen grandgirls are growing up. Astrid and Ingrid are both becoming good cooks. Ingrid wanted some pie plates and I sent ‘em to her plus eggs. She sent me a taste of her salsa. It’s so good you can just eat it with a spoon. Astrid made tortellini soup this week. I didn’t get to try it, but I’m going to start being forward and asking for a serving. Astrid said it had spinach and corn and garden fresh carrots! She probably grew part of these❤️
I must admit when I saw Astrid’s tortellini I thought it was mac and cheese as I’m not very sophisticated!

Looks like mac and cheese to me too! I have never tasted tortilini..thats fancy food. I do like a good salsa and chips:)
You are so lucky the girls like to cook. I had to teach myself to cook. My mom wasn't much of a cook. She wasn't interested in housework either.
