Friday


 Yesterday, the beautiful Painted Bunting came by to eat at the bird cam. 

I let my chickens free range again last evening. I kept my shoes on. I saw a big coyote yesterday in full day light. I didn’t let them out until late. They only get to run around and eat bugs for an hour. 
July is ending. Laura and Eric go back to work in August. Their summer is ending.

Beautiful bird! I want John to set up his bird cam. Most schools here go back in late August or early September. August is usually a beautiful month here. (as long as we don't get wildfire smoke)

What a beauty of a bird! Nice that you are wearing shoes to chase Crows today:) I bet the chickens love being out and about!
