Astrid is working on her 'hit'--I think is what it is called now!  Last week, her Basketball team played Morrilton and won.  Pop and Laura went--it was at their place.  Pop said she played a great game--lots of hustle and heart.  Tomorrow they take on Pottsville.  Hope she has a great game!

Friday, I watched the yellow school bus come down the lane across Galla Meadow.  If I were still working, I would just be getting home and I would have a lot to do and an agenda for Saturday.  But because I retired,  I did not have to do anything really.  I can do the wash any day, I can go to the grocery store any day, and it sure feels great.
