Ingrid’s Achievement

Ingrid was in the paper yesterday—highest honors.    She was planning on going to the U of A and was accepted to the prestigious Governor’s School.  Last week she decided to stay here and go to ATU.  There were so many rules.  Mainly she would have been confined to a small room.  One class a week was face to face and the rest on line.  She had a meal ticket, but had to eat at her allotted times.  Hers were back to back.  I guess eat breakfast and then lunch.  By staying at home, she will have more freedom to come and go.  The ATU classes will probably be mostly online too, but at least she will be able to eat at times she wants to and can do some other things she enjoys.  This C virus has ruined many of her plans and she has had to rethink all her dreams.  She really had little celebration of those 4 years she toiled to earn high honors.  She already has almost a year of college credit and has not even begin.  I praying the Lord will bless her this year with some new friends and enjoyable studies.
