Brrr

I thought it was really cold this morning and looked back at last year.  It was 16 one of the mornings a year ago this week.  So this mornings 28 does not seem quite as bad.  Everything is at one's perspective.  Thinking of Winnie Jo this morning.  Bet it was much colder in K C.

Erin goes to the doctor today.  Greta is going along.  The new arrival will be here about May 10.  Hopefully, the older siblings will help with the baby.

Larry is sick.  Hope he feels better today.  If he catches anything he gets really sick.

The lady standing is supposed to be Larry's Great Grandmother.  Her name was Missouri White.  She lived in Pennsylvania.  So why did they name her Missouri.  This was about 1890 and hats were a big deal!
Missoui is the lady on the left.  This was much later--no hats!

We’ve been in the teens most mornings lately. This morning, though, it was 28. I had to hurry up and take the dog on his runaround before it thawed

So far, here in southeast Kansas, it is 46 this morning. It has been much colder but we are having a "warm" spell.
