Easter dinner

Rolls are always special at Easter Dinner.  They rise!
This was a sweet dip.  Astrid made it--a bunny's butt.
And look at Astid's bunny cake.  I told her for my birthday I wanted a flag cake and she says it's a go!

Ada’s Growing

Ada’s growing I can tell.  Erin sent this today.

Paper Today

Today’s paper had prom photos. I love this one.

Greta’s Music Program

Greta had a music program tonight.  She is the tallest In Her class.  She had a speaking part.  She recited it to Erin Saturday.  She spoke without a slip up.  Her Mom will be home tomorrow night.  I know she is glad.

PromNight

Ingrid is going to the RHS Prom with Langston Parker.  She really looks great in green.  I know Langston’s Dad and he is really nice so I bet Langston is too.  That look nice together.

Going to See Ada

Going to see Ada tomorrow. She is doing well. Improving daily. This is her old room. She has moved to a new room with a few less adornments. She has gained back to her birth weight. Ada’s Bible verse is
Ecclesiastes 3:1 There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens
There are many times in my life when I wish things would move along a little more quickly. Sometime I just want it to be over as soon as possible. Though it is natural to want to look ahead, we would miss things God needs us to see. Time is never meaningless for Him and if we try to jump ahead, we may not learn the very lessons that will so benefit us in the season to come. He is not ignoring us when time seems to stand still, but rather keeping us in the present so we may prepare for the upcoming season.

Astrid’s Birthday Gift

Logan got this for Astrid for her birthday.  I bought her the ferns and Laura bought the  hummingbird feeder.

Flat Stanley Goes To Little Rock

Flat Stanley insisted on going to check on Ada today. Ada was doing great. They are letting Erin camp out in Her room. They said at the desk...guess you are the Great Grandmother! Thought Laura was Grandma. Security is tight there. Really a wonderful place. So well staffed. A group of Drs. Blessed today.
