Wow! Back home I grew up in this valley, and every year when the snow melted the river at the bottom would flood terribly and we would have an entire day off work and school so everyone in town could stack sandbags for houses and farms closer to the riverbed. Seems odd but it was actually kind of fun, the whole town coming together like that. Hope you don't have to worry about water everywhere!
