Some things you try just don't work. I thought I could put straw under the tomatoes and not tie them up. I have only gotten a very few tomatoes. The corn next to the tomatoes shaded it on one side and a tree on the other side. Too much shade. Yesterday Larry made the corn history. I don't think I can tie the tomatoes up now. But hope the sun shining on the vines helps me get a few more. I am going to gather the corn from the back garden today.
You garden so much! That's wonderful! I only have the tomato plant my daughter gave me in a container and it's on the patio. But I have had a lot of those little cherry tomatoes off of it.
