Irene

My buddy Margaret and I went to the mountains to see Cousin Irene.  I took her an early birthday gift from a friend who lives in San Antonio, Texas.  She bought Irene nice warm sweaters from Amazon and had them sent to my house.  Irene was surprised and so pleased.  The friend is a Taylor with ties to Ben Hur.  March 5, Irene will be 85.  Her body is worn out but her mind is still sharp.  She is a blessing to me.

I gifted Irene 2 dresses for her birthday. I hope they are short enough.
