After they said personal vows they wrote, they put the waders on again and hiked back. They said traditional vows at Six Fingers Falls. Logan’s sister Whit McDonald presided over this. Only a small group of special family and friends attended.
Erin and her girls drove down from Harrison. It was cold but sunny. What more could we ask. Logan’s father started a restaurant in Russellville years ago. He sold it but that’s where we all went to eat with the new couple.
I would be amiss if I did not report that Astrid and Logan already have three girls—Penny, Piper and Blu. The girls were on hand for the ceremony. Astrid’s dad said—glad we’re didn’t have to bring the chickens.Astrid had a heart filled with her Pop’s ashes in her bouquet. Isn’t she a beautiful bride? I pray this couple will continue to love each other all their lives. Love is what makes a happy life. God is love. He showed us how to love! 1st Corinthians 13: 7-8. Lover bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endure all things 8 Love never ends. 💙🤍💙
