Walk a Mile in My Muck Boots

I walked over to the pond and the foliage is dying. Yippity, skippity. I stressed my knee doing all that spraying on an incline, but I’m getting better. We have choices in life. I want to continue to take care of myself, walk in my meadow, encourage everyone I know to love everyone. Hopefully, I’ll have the strength to do just that.

Got my Halloween shirt out and wore it to exercise class. A fellow teacher, Pooch McCollum brought it for me on a trip to Branson with Joanne 30 years ago. He  laughed when he presented it. I plan to wear it in October a few days the rest of my days. It sure makes me smile remembering my dear friends.

Today was my first day to walk in the morning for a week. I made it.

Laura and Eric are on their way to Mobile, AL to see ingrid and Justin. It’s there fall break. Sister Fleta is coming to spend two nights with me. I am taking care of Pretty and Peach while the masters go on their trip. They’re nice Corgi’s. I don’t mind at all.
