Astrid is a registered nurse.she works with handicapped adults. They’re serving lunch today. They requested deviled eggs. Since we have eggs fixing them for 60 members wasn’t a hard task. I boiled and peeled 36 eggs before Asti got here from work. She picked up 4 egg trays at the dollar tree. We did the simple recipe of mayo, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and pickle brine. I hope the members enjoy them.
I saw Asti’s chicks yesterday. They have tripled in size!
Sweet Penny tried the new chairs.
I have a new chicken but she lays no eggs.

I LOVE deviled eggs and eat them in many different ways. They are easy to customize. I usually make them with a little bit of onion in them. Were you reading the blog when my older grandsons polished off 13 between the two of them? I guess they like them too! :)
I love onion in them too! But I figured most never heard of it! Betty Renfroe
I am not fond of deviled eggs. I used to like them. Years ago we were supposed to be at a ladies home about 8PM to pick up some stuff to take to her son. A snow storm delayed us by 11 hours. Guess what she had prepared for us? Deviled eggs and Eggnog...to this day both make me gag:(
My two daughters agree with you on both! Deviled eggs and egg nog don’t go together! Betty
