I remember when they all came to Granny Powell's Daddy loved sitting in they yard shooting the bull with all of them. Daddy sat and talked with the men but the sisters always came over to talk too...soon Mama Francis and Grandma and the kids were in one bunch and all of the older kids were all over in a clump laughing and telling tales..
Daddy use to sit and have long visits with Grandma....mom would ask him how he knew so much about things Grandma had said and he said he would sit and talk to her while the rest sat and talked and talked. I so remember sitting and listening to them talk back on the front porch of the farm...I just lived to hear them tell so many stories
