 I was lucky to have another cool morning for my walk.  Sigrid took this self picture.  I like the freckles across her nose!

 Astrid is going to a High School dance in October.  She bought this simple dress to wear.  When she puts it on, it will not look simple.

Here are the times for the High School Cross Country team.  Astrid can run the 3 and half miles in the time it takes me to walk one mile.  I am slow mo!
