Astrid gave me 5 new pullets. The dark chicken with the reddish neck is a Maran. The solid black is an Easter Egger. The three red hens with white are red sex linked chickens. The Maran lays a dark brown egg. The black hen lays a blue egg and the sex linked lay brown eggs. I have a dozen chickens again.

My mother always raised chickens every year. We had a pen in our back yard even when we lived in town..
You will have good eggs! We finished off the last of home grown chickens/ eggs...it was a real treat to have them. The gal went off to College:)
