Greta went to her school’s dance last night. Her green dress looked so pretty. She was able to wear earrings for the first time. She is wearing make up. I hope she had fun. She wore tennis shoes with her dress. That’s a thing some kids do. I think her green cross necklace looks perfect. Greta’s greatest feature is kindness. I am always amazed at how she loves Ada. Erin says she is hateful at times, but I can say I never see that. I remember being 14 and it was a hard in between time for me. By 16, I was finding who I was and able to fit in better. Greta is a German name coming from the name Margaret. It means pearl and has an association with the sea. It symbolizes a precious little one and my Greta is just that—precious!

Beautiful. I've seen that trend of wearing pretty or clean tennies for weddings and proms. The guys are already dressed more comfortably than the gals. Linda in Kansas
