The Primrose Peerless is blooming in clumps in my yard. It’s a Narcissus, the last to bloom here. A hybrid cross between two daffodils, it was first grown in France. The little flower is most commonly called Cemetery Ladies and Twin Sisters because there are two blooms on each stem and its popularity in graveyards since the 1500’s. These flowers are hardy and they still flourish even in my yard.
