For the Birds


 It is really cold.  I remembered to feed the birds and they enjoyed the seeds.

Today I am going to yoga and then I am doing a weight lifting work out with Lisa. She is a personal trainer and has designed the workout for me. I will work with her for several times to learn what to do and how to do it.  She has a degree in kines. I am excited and hope it helps me retain strength in my legs and entire body.
