Laura marched all the way up Nebo with her 15 pound weight pack. Maybe this will keep her bones strong in her old age.
Logan is the nicest young man. Glad Astrid chose him.
Made a dough flour sack for the secretary at Laura’s . The policeman there makes sourdough bread so I’m going to make him one.
I’m going to get a perm today. Work with trainer tomorrow!
