Found A Book

A friend thought I’d like this book and my library had it. “Gales of November”. It’s about the Edmund Fitzgerald going down in 1975. I don’t read a lot of fiction. I used to but after I turned 60 years old, I began having difficulty reading fiction. I’ve started this book and am thankful for something to read.
Fleta’s son found this baby and tried to save her. She didn’t make it. Several strikes against her from the start.

So very sad. :( I read mostly fiction because I'm all about escapism these days.

Sad about the fawn...the gene deficient ones have a hard go of it. I like fiction especially historical fiction. I bet that is a good book. On a side note my best friend in high school her stepdad was scheduled to go aboard the Edmund Fitzgerald but was called out on a different freighter...he was a very interesting man. He was gone from Spring until Winter and home for a bit working on the freighters:)

It's so sad that the fawn was not able to survive. I'm afraid I only read fiction now. I finished Project: Hail Mary and am now reading Remarkably Bright Creatures after seeing the movies.
