There was a chance of rain, but look at the sky. Astrid and I paddled all the way to the bluff. It was beautiful. I am sunburned. It took an hour and a half to get there and back.
I could not stay in the sun for even an hour. I would die. I have always hated being in the sun. Robert is like me, after 10 minutes he is red as a beet.
The knee is better today but I have not done my wall slides. I may try them later.
The wall slides are the only thing they have me do that hurts at the time I do them. The others do not hurt as I am doing them. But, I guess that is what was making the knee hurt so much. Anyway, it is better today. I was in misery for 4 days.
