Sigrid had her week check up for her boob reduction today. Laura is sponsoring a nature camp for kids so I went with Dad and Sig to Little Rock. Our appointment was early, 9:00. Dr Spann was a little tardy. Sigrid and I checked out the breast implants. Very squooshy. I made that word up. I’ve been known for doing that most of my life. We tried to think of all our questions. He was only in their about 3 minutes. Sig wanted to get that bloody tape off. He said she could shower and take it off. She. Can’t wear underwire bras for 6 months. And she wanted to be able to wear back hook bras. He said she could but they could not dig into the incision site.
We also read about enhancement. You can pick your shape. They cit near your armpit so the cut isn’t as noticeable. We think the enhancement globs would make good objects to squeeze if you has anxiety.
Sig is to use neosporin twice a day—thick. Next week she can start using the cream to help with scaring. She has two long incisions. We’re both glad she chose to do this.
