Star of Bethlehem

Star of Bethlehem is not really a wild flower but one that escaped from flower beds.  I have lots in my yard. They are a pretty little six-petal flower.  Mine are white.  Named for our Jesus star.

I mowed for the first time.  Only mowed half, just front part.  I tried to mow my road.  Got stuck.  Called Astrid to help.  She winced me out.  I’ll need to push mow it for a while.  It’s a hard job, but it’s mine.I looked on here at last year.  First mowing was April 10.

Took my old friend Coach Fisher birthday cookies to school.  He’s retiring after 33 years.
