We celebrated today with desserts! Astrid created the flag! Ingrid baked a pound cake with red, white and blue swirls throughout! Both girls are fabulous cooks. Laura made coconut cream pie and I baked lemon! I used my friend Vicki Johnson’s pie crust recipe! I have a Dover Baptist Church cookbook and she has several recipes in it!
The younger bunch had a little fish fry with trimmings. Logan, Justin and friends caught the fish yesterday! Girls fixed hotdogs too! I came back home not wanting to have old lady ruining their fun!
