Got my yard mowed finally. Still can’t mow my lane, too wet. A big rain fell last night! I’m glad I cut the grass before it came!
Sister Fleta gave me Marigold seeds and I planted them in my old wheel barrel. I have to cover it or the chickens will scratch all the soil out and kill the tender plants!
The chickens followed me as I mowed grabbing the little clippings and looking for bugs. Their egg yolks will be bright yellow today!
