Garland County, AR

I took these at a rest area in Garland County, AR
AR is the center of the United States.
There can't be a state with any more beauty than ours!

Beautiful! Is that a light dusting of snow or just the color of the rocks?

No snow, but it was hazy. Dot, do you think AR is prettier than GA?

i wasn't agruing with you. i was agruing with fleta. i have sent her 6 emails and posted about her comment and she is at work and can't answer back. not often you can spout off at fleta and she has to be silent.

I've only been there once when I was about 12 so I don't remember much about it. Probably like Ga. flat in the south and mountains in the north?
I got oat bran today and I'm looking for a recipe. Actually I think all bran muffins would be better because the fiber count is higher. We've got to get started on this sister! lol You saw on that table what Annie is eating!

Hey, I have to say that I didn't eat all that stuff on the table!

Oat bran provides soluble fiber which works differently from the insoluble fiber in all-bran muffins. For cholesterol reduction, oat bran is the important ingredient.
