I haven't been over there in years, so didn't know there was a new bridge. The old one sure was pretty, though, and seemed pretty sturdy.
You if they don't tear the old bridge down...I think it will outlast the new one.
I hope it is strong but if it has to be rehabbed I hope it's form is maintained.
