Proof

Here’s proof walking pays dividends!  It was in my path yesterday.

Top Walking benefits—maintain healthy weight; prevent heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes; improve fitness; and strengthen bones and  muscles!  

I’ll keep trying to move everyday.

Good for you! I saw a penny in the Walmart parking lot and I was just too tired to pick it up...I hope some small child got it!
