Serve and Protect

You know you’re old when children you taught in 1973 are becoming grandparents.  This little gift goes to a grandmother who was in my first group of kids at RMS!  Her son is in law enforcement.  I stitched this to honor the baby of a man who serves and protects!

I didn’t have a pattern, just an image.  I’m too tight to buy patterns.  I don’t know if I’d really like it til I see the directions and I’d be afraid after paying I didn’t really want to make it.
