a. green. daddy said he wasn't a good teacher. I think he was mean to me but don't know if daddy thought so. he put me in a line up the first day i was in school there in the spelling class and i couldn't spell any of the words. i think he tried to put me back a year. daddy work with me and richard and taught us our multable tables that year. i memorized them all and still can quote them all. thanks to daddy.
he gave me a c- on my report card in some subject and daddy could see i had fixed it to a c+. daddy said mr. green would know what i had done and i would be in trouble but i got a c+ every time after so daddy said mr. green just repeated the grade every time from the last grade. Daddy probably was correct.
we were playing some game and i was running and fell breaking my left arm. mr. green sent me home a foot with two girls. i think the smothers girls. daddy said mr. green should have brough me home in a car.
