Good Feet

Our foot has 26 bones, 33 joints, and more than 100 muscles, ligaments, and tendons — not to mention more sweat glands than any other part of the body.  If one’s foot has a problem, soon it moves to the knees and then the hips and on to the back and neck finally causing a big head ache.  My left foot wants to pronate making my bad knees hurt even more.  I am trying to consciously walk heel toe and keep my weight (there’s a lot of it) to the outside of my foot.  I also suffer from bunions, a hammer toe, and calluses. I guess my feet are just wore out.

I had bunion surgery and the first one worked out fine. But the second one failed. So I have a deformed left foot. The doctor was a specialist too. That didn't matter, it still failed.

I have a broken toe too...I think we are too hard on our feet...we should put them up and read a good book:)
