I went to my regular doctor today. Last visit, I could hardly walk so I’m greatly improved. My blood pressure was good. She said the bone density test showed osteoporosis but what else is new. I’m trying to drink 3 to 4 8 oz classes of 1% milk each day. I can’t stomach the calcium pills and most of that is not absorbed anyway. I came back to Focus Fitness and did my weight lifting. Fleta comes tomorrow. I love her visit. Friday night, I’m going to order pizza. 🍕 I’m not a very good cook.
Astrid wanted a crocheted rag rug. Laura made it for her. You must have 100% cotton sheets. You rip them in strips, then sew the strips together. It takes several flat sheets. Used one’s work great, but they have to be cotton. Synthetic sheets won’t rip. They wash well and last forever too.
These are all wisdom teeth pictures. Sigrid’s will be added in the morning. I hope it’s bot bad for her.
Laura’s is from the 1990’s. Hers were pretty bad. The anesthesia does not jive with her system.
Astrid had bad swelling but went to track practice the next day.Ingrid was in shock afterwards.
Erin was older. She’s still looped from the gas.

That's great news from the doctor! At a certain age, we all have osteoporosis. I'm not sure what we can do about it except to get more calcium and do weight bearing activities. Hopefully my walking counts. I have a bone density test next week, so I'll see what they say. Getting my wisdom out was a nightmare; the pain medication made me very sick.
Glad you had a good Dr visit. I like cheese so that is where I get my calcium from...and yogurt and almonds! I cannot get a glass of milk down. I still have one wisdom tooth! Hope Siggie does ok:)
