Last night the temperature fell to 26. I covered the plants on my back porch. High today is to be 50 and then back to warmer days.
Laura sent her baked oatmeal recipe and the changes she made. She used almond milk and added one egg. She added a 1/3-1/2 a cup of plain Oikos protein yogurt (the kind that has 25 grams of protein per serving)! She used natural peanut butter.

Yummy! I would love to make that baked oatmeal but there are so many ingredients. I wish someone would just make it for me!
Red pepper soup...sounds interesting I have never tried it!
Maybe OD will. Laura is my older daughter!
