Logan E. and Sigrid are moving to Conway. Logan has a job in Little Rock as a chemist. His position is near the campus of UAMS. Sigrid will be just 30 minutes from school. She has friends in Conway that will share rides with her. She can also ride with Logan some. I’m excited for them.
We got more rain yesterday. We needed it. Today I will lift weights and attend yoga class an hour. It’s chair yoga. I really like it. Yoga is stretching really. I’m thankful for being able to walk without pain. I rode the therapy bike 30 minutes this morning. If it dries outside, I’ll push mow a little. Astrid spotted the gold fish in Pop’s pond. I thought they’d all been eaten, but they survived. I’d love to see them.
