I see a Mimosa tree on my walk. Mom loved them and its blooms remind me of her.
Siggie made strawberry cake and shared a slice with me. It was really good. It took her all afternoon to get it completed as she cooks one layer at a time. It had three layers. The frosting has coconut cream in it. It was delicious.
Helen fixed a squirrel skirt to deter the squirrels from getting all the bird’s sunflower seed. She watched today and he was confused and finally just left....but this was only trial 1. We will see how this works over time.
